Welcome — these Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website ammaliving.in (the “Site”) and any purchases or services provided through it by Samvaad Connect LLP (“Samvaad”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read them carefully. By visiting or using the Site, or by placing an order, you accept and agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase our products.

Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services.

By using the Site you confirm that you are of the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Site. You must not use our products or the Site for any illegal, unlawful or unauthorised purpose.

6. Shipping costs and responsibility

Unless otherwise stated, you are responsible for shipping costs when returning items. We recommend using a traceable shipping method for returns above a certain value. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit if you do not use a trackable service.

Samvaad is not obliged to treat submissions as confidential and has no obligation to compensate you.

You agree not to use the Site to: (a) violate any law or third-party right; (b) transmit harmful code; (c) harvest or collect personal data of others; (d) spam, phish, scrape or crawl the Site; (e) post unlawful, offensive or infringing content; or (f) interfere with Site security. Violation may result in account suspension, termination and legal action.

 

10. Accuracy and updates to Site content

Occasionally, content on the Site may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies (product description, pricing, shipping, promotions). We reserve the right to correct such errors, change or update information and cancel orders if necessary. We are not required to update historical content.

 

11. Warranties; limitation of liability

The Site, the service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Samvaad disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for purpose and non-infringement.
